This VKNJA Steel Mace program was created to scale through the complexity of Steel Mace multiplanar training. In addition to our existing lineup of Steel mace programs, Mindful Mechanics is an excellent way to optimize conditioning, understand complex sequence patterns and improve grip orientation. Furthermore this programs targets each area of the body through mindful engagement which will help refine Steel Mace movements in a precise, manageable way. This is a unique component to the VKNJA Steel Mace system. A place to calculate, mix and transition exercises that carry over to give you great results. Mentally and physically.
When you have trained enough to the point of acclimation, you may level up your Steel Mace weight, and find out how much more challenging it is to control the lever. This is focused training that is geared to make the training process more efficient by keeping the mind working with every move you make.
If this program becomes too challenging as you progress through it, we recommend taking a step back and refining skills from our Steel Mace 101 or Heavy Steel Mace 101
