The TACFIT Timer mobile application does not require users to create an account.

The TACFIT Timer application does not collect, transmit, sell, share, store, or retain personal or sensitive user data on servers controlled by TACFIT.

Local Application Data

Timer settings, preferences, and other information generated while using the TACFIT Timer application, if any, are stored only locally on the user’s device.

TACFIT does not receive, access, or control this locally stored information.

TACFIT Timer Data Retention and Deletion

TACFIT does not retain personal or sensitive user data collected through the TACFIT Timer application.

Information stored locally on the user’s device remains on the device until the user:

• clears the TACFIT Timer application data through the device settings; or

• uninstalls the TACFIT Timer application.

Either action deletes the locally stored application information.

Because TACFIT does not retain TACFIT Timer user data on its servers, there is no server-side personal data associated with the application that users need to request for deletion.

Third-Party Services in the TACFIT Timer App

The TACFIT Timer application does not use third-party services to collect or retain personal or sensitive user data.

Children’s Privacy

The TACFIT Timer application does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to TACFIT websites and the purchase or use of TACFIT products, equipment, programs, services, events, software, and digital content.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, registering for an event, or using TACFIT products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping

Please allow approximately three to five business days for order processing and verification.

Domestic Shipping

Equipment orders within the contiguous 48 United States are generally shipped through UPS, FedEx Ground, or another available carrier selected by TACFIT.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may be shipped through USPS Priority Mail or another available carrier.

International Shipping

International orders may be shipped through UPS, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, or another available international shipping provider.

International shipping availability, delivery times, fees, customs charges, import duties, taxes, and weight restrictions vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

Certifications, Workshops, Events, and Classes

Registration fees for certifications, workshops, events, and classes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by TACFIT.

Equipment

Returns of equipment are not accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized by TACFIT.

Digital Programs

Eligible TACFIT digital programs are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee unless a different refund policy is displayed at the time of purchase.

Apparel

Returns of eligible unworn apparel may be accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Approved returns will receive online store credit equal to the value of the accepted merchandise, less a US$10 restocking fee.

Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Online store credit may not be used for in-store or telephone purchases unless otherwise authorized.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value.

When an approved replacement item has a lower value, the difference may be provided as online store credit.

Exclusions

International returns are not accepted.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, and TACFIT is not responsible for packages returned without prior authorization.

3. Purchases for Personal Use

TACFIT reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders where fraud, unauthorized resale, automated purchasing, pricing errors, payment issues, inventory problems, or misuse are suspected.

TACFIT Clubbells and other equipment may be shipped domestically through UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS, or another available carrier.

International shipping may be subject to carrier-specific weight restrictions. Certain destinations may require Priority Mail Express or another service for heavier packages.

Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and according to applicable instructions.

The purchaser accepts responsibility for:

• selecting appropriate equipment;

• inspecting equipment before use;

• following all instructions;

• maintaining equipment;

• using appropriate supervision;

• maintaining a safe training environment; and

• stopping use when equipment appears damaged or unsafe.

6. Digital Products
