This Steel Mace Yoga Shaped By Steel Level 1 program shows all the basic principles, exercises and progressions for an overall complete practice. You will receive demo and instructional videos of all 16 exercises, 5 training sessions including warm up and cool downs, plus 5 great flow sequences. First learn the exercises through the instructional videos so you can perform them in the protocols. The protocols portion of the program is written and optional so it’s up to you to perform on your own and take your practice to a deep of a level as you feel comfortable with.
Use Steel Mace Yoga to gain more full body strength and stability or use it to recover by compensating for physical load, while restoring mobility and range of motion. You will also begin to understand how Steel Mace Yoga Classes are constructed through this program and this program serves as a great prep course to prepare for SMY certification.
