VKNJA Hard Reps is a 16 day program where you accept the challenge of 16 days of Steel mace training.
The carry over? The Mindful Mechanics sequence system becomes more effective. You can then begin to dive deeper into advanced training levels, without feeling lost. This is great for all beginners and is currently used by newly certified VKNJA Steel Mace Instructors to refine their Steel Mace technique. Try to complete all 16 days by scaling your weights and try not to take more than 5 days off.
