Barbell 101 with Coach Robert Miller is an introduction to barbell training techniques to unlock more power, enhance mobility, while preventing injuries, and becoming a better barbell athlete. This program is intended for beginners and experienced lifters that want to learn basic barbell techniques without a rack.
Everyone should be including mobility and compensatory work into their training to ensure they’re performing at their best and decreasing their risk for injury. By introducing smart compensatory exercises to your workouts you can avoid common injuries and feeling stiff, while restoring joint flexibility and your ability to move well.
