When I started organizing ideas for developing this program, my goal was to bring value to all levels of practitioners within the TACFIT system. This program gives beginners the chance to experience what I felt when I first began training the TACFIT system while also bringing new challenges to our TACFIT veterans. My program aims to create safe and efficient workouts that require minimal equipment while providing the freedom to train anywhere and anytime.

This program, which uses only bodyweight and a Clubbell, is designed to be both practical and effective. The combination of these tools is ideal as it incorporates exercises focusing on both compression and traction, while ensuring portability and continuity of workouts no matter where you find yourself training. Meet your Master Coach

Bernardo Steinberg

I am a human being with many flaws and difficulties but I try to be better, 1% each day. I always liked martial arts, the discipline, and the challenge to improve. My background started as a bodybuilder. I wanted to build up my body to make my mind feel more confident and proud. As I was looking for workouts, I came across the Clubbell. I saw coach Scott Sonnon doing some movements and I wondered, what is this? I had like a child’s curiosity and did more research until I got the courage to sign up for my first TACFIT certification. The certification was packed and Scott Sonnon was there. He was like a hero to me. I knew then that I had to learn more.

When I first started practicing TACFIT in gyms, people would point fingers at me laughing, but others would come and ask me to teach them. The first certification we taught was in Brazil. Many friends and people from all over the world attended. It was pretty emotional. I can remember everything with joy and happiness.

TACFIT means everything to me. My priority is my wife, Celine, my family, and TACFIT. My mission is to spread TACFIT because it changed my life a lot. I have high esteem for Scott Sonnon, for Alberto Crane, and for those who taught me and inspired me. My goal is to continue to build the TACFIT community and share this system. I want to make other people aware of their power, their capabilities, to feel strong in their minds and in their hearts. If they have a purpose and meaning, they can beat any challenge.

Bernardo Steinberg is a prominent figure in the TACFIT community, recognized as the first TACFIT Team Leader from Brazil. With over ten years of experience, he is one of the few Master Trainers globally authorized to teach FlowFit, Clubbell, and TACFIT certifications. Bernardo has been instrumental in organizing TACFIT events in Brazil and has significantly contributed to preparing Brazil’s Legion for regional certifications. He often conducts TACFIT certifications in Portuguese, particularly in his hometown of Belo Horizonte.
