The TACFIT Difference
It was our community at TACFIT that first stressed the importance of multiplanar mobility in all six-degrees of freedom and integrated it within all the modalities found within our systems which we commonly refer to as “health-first” fitness.
The fact is that if it is not “health-first”, it is unbalanced by definition. It is precisely those over-specialized adaptations (being it sports-specific, linear strength training, or sitting behind a desk for eight hours) that make it hard for us to do different things and eventually lead to loads of aches, pains, and overuse injuries.
We at TACFIT want everyone who joins our legion to clean the slate of previous conditionings (overspecialized adaptations), ensure that they have pain-free and full range of motion in all of their joints and connective tissues, and prepare them for further movement sophistication.
