Return/Exchange Policy
Certifications, Workshops and Classes: Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Equipment: No returns on equipment will be accepted.
Digital Programs: 30-day Money Back Guarantee on All Digital programs.
Apparel: Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of customers receipt or tracking number on unworn items. For returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus a $10 restocking fee. The online store credit CAN NOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders. Return shipping will NOT be reimbursed.
All Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. If the exchange is of lesser value, an online credit of the difference will be provided.

There are weight restrictions to certain countries for Priority Mail; some countries will allow items to be shipped with Priority Mail at the 44 pounds limit, whereas some countries require 44 pounds to be shipped only with Priority Mail Express which allows weight up to 70 pounds.
