TACFIT Online Class.
Join us April 2, 2022, for a 60-minute TACFIT live on Zoom, led by our certified TACFIT Senior Instructor Christopher Kirk.
You will have the opportunity to learn, train, and receive feedback during this online class. We will be going over fundamental exercises and movement patterns that will challenge your body and fire up your nervous system using Bodyweight and TACFIT principles.
Recommended (Optional) Clubbell Weights: Pair of 5/10lb. and Single 10lb/15lb (Women/Men). Class is open to everyone, even if you do not have access to Clubbells at this time.
This class is available free of charge to those that have purchased the TACFIT Certification (June 11-12). Paid registrations are also available for a $25 fee. Space is limited so don’t delay.
