About Robert Miller

With decades of experience in strength training, martial arts, and human performance, Robert Miller embodies the integration of structure, resilience, and intelligent movement that defines the TACFIT philosophy.

Robert discovered TACFIT many years ago through Alberto Crane. What began as a simple job inquiry quickly became a defining turning point in his career. Intrigued by Scott Sonnon’s work and the principles behind TACFIT and Circular Strength Training (CST), Robert immersed himself in the system, beginning a journey that would shape his professional path as a coach and instructor.

His fitness background is extensive and diverse. Robert spent many years as a bodybuilder and has participated in sports such as basketball, baseball, and cross-country throughout his life. He also holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu, bringing a deep understanding of applied strength and combat movement into his training philosophy. With over 20 years of studying kinesiology and human biomechanics, combined with his certification as a fascial stretch therapist, Robert’s approach is grounded in both science and practical experience.

Today, Robert is the owner of TACFIT St. Louis in Missouri, USA. His gym offers a comprehensive approach to performance and longevity, combining TACFIT, strength training, fascial stretch therapy, and Brazilian Jiujitsu. It is designed as a one-stop environment where clients can build strength, restore mobility, enhance resilience, and develop self-defense skills.

Driven by a commitment to sustainable performance and structural integrity, Robert believes that true strength is not just about muscle, but about balance, mobility, and intelligent progression. His approach bridges traditional strength training, CST principles, and martial arts discipline, empowering clients to move better, recover smarter, and perform at their highest level.
